My one query was whether others felt the lead article to be somewhat unbalanced and harking back to a time when treatment was for many a crock of .... I take your point perseverance, however this was meant to be one users perspective on services, and not necessarily representative - maybe we should have had a disclaimer. Its an interesting one because it the perspective of a service user who as a result of this experice was inspired to become one of the directors of the social enterprise that has now got the contract to deliver all the treatment services in her locality.
