Not saying that all is perfect, still some way to go, but drug workers do not have a monopoloy on being miserable, no more than nurses on promiscuity and drunkenness.

I take your point perseverance, however this was meant to be one users perspective on services, and not necessarily representative - maybe we should have had a disclaimer. Its an interesting one because it the perspective of a service user who as a result of this experice was inspired to become one of the directors of the social enterprise that has now got the contract to deliver all the treatment services in her locality.

I am laughing my socks off ! thank goodness Simons comment was a reference to the front page of the network mag ! As this is a public forum I will say no more ...
I do get network , and it is excellent, sorry about the confusion, just having a senior " doc" moment.

The author mentions interviewing 2500 drug users in the article which suggests that the piece is based on more than one persons view.The idea of a disclaimer certainly has some merit.
