Has anyone developed a new job description as a prescriber? I need to add this role to my job description since I've now passed the course, but would like the opportunity to view some examples if possible. I work as a Shared Care nurse and am employed by secondary services, but the prescribing budget etc is from the GP's/primary care.

I just added the prescribing in to my job description when my post was being evaluated for AfC, and have an agreed list of what I prescribe alongside my JD.
