Does any one have a straight-forward tool that can be used to structure appraisal of NMPs. We are looking at adapting the RCGP toolkit, but it is a bit doctorish (and lengthy).
Any advice welcome. |

No but we are working on it!!
Our new service includes a large number of non medical prescribers and we have organised clinical supervision and ongoing CPD events. JAS |
