does anyone have any sugestions
i want to start a campaign to improve or get some sort of service with accessible relapse prevention support in my area as we dont have any after care for people on a reduction program or for ex addicts if anyone has any ideas as i dont know where to start so any help will be much appreciated

Suggest you google NAFAS which is a group in London offering aftercare and support for ethnic minority groups.
We see a lot of their patients for naltrexone implants and they help with aftercare and follow up.
Ask how they did it and then model your service on that.
They are good people.
