We are contemplating a move to System One but have a few queries. It's becoming popular in GP land, we know that nothing's perfect, and I've asked a few regional colleagues the questions below, but we wondered :

Do you use it for a Specialist Community Drugs service ( complex cases, 1000 clients on CD's ) ?
Are there significant issues regarding client confidentiality and levels of access for other System One users ?
Can you use it for NDTMS reporting ?
Can you use it for Young Persons service data reporting to NTA ?
Any other benefits or snags so far ?

Some local teams have discarded it, or are awaiting a new version before going any further.

Nothing like learning from others experience.
Thanks !
Gill

Gill I would suggest you contact our manager Debbie Hodgson. We have just had training as we were due to migrate to SystmOne on 1st November, only to have rug pulled from under our feet at last minute for confidentiality reasons. Debbie understands the issues alot better than I do, and I believe is working on resolving them but it may take a few months I believe.
