Hi. I am a specialist practice nurse prescriber and i am trying to develop a leaflet for our patients. I would like information such as the services we provide, ie, blood born virus screening and vaccination, contraception and sexual health, well woman/man, contact numbers such as out of hours services etc. Trouble is, there so much info, I was wondering if there is anyone who works in a specialised GP practice who has already done this as there's no point reinventing the wheel!

It's in an excel file - something to do with the PCT but that's ours for the GP practice.
